Refund, Return and Exchange

REFUND

We will gladly provide a full refund if the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee and has a major problem for example, if the product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose.

A refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund, return or exchange if you change your mind. 

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted if the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Depending on the fault we may either repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund. 

We accept returns on faulty products within a reasonable timeframe

If you believe the product you purchased fails to meet a consumer guarantee please contact us via the contact page with your name, order number and email address. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
