Exchanges, Refunds and Returns

Exchanges 

We offer size exchanges on full-price dog harnesses only. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, our team is happy to help before you buy.

If you would like to return a harness for size exchange you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

The product must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Ensure the harness is returned unused and free of dog hair. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging and hang-tags attached. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. 

You will be required to pay return shipping with tracking. 

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us via the contact page with your name, order number, email address and size exchange request and we will send you instructions on how to make a return.

The return/exchange right we provide is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. 

We will gladly provide a full refund if a product has a major problem as defined under Australian Consumer Law. Please note, the product will need to be assessed to confirm a "major problem" before a refund can be given.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

How to return

If you would like to return a dog harness for size exchange (not eligible for sale items) or if you believe the product you purchased fails to meet a consumer guarantee please contact us via the contact page with your name, order number and email address. We will be in contact shortly to assist you.

Sale items

As our sale and promotional items are offered at a special price, they are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please refer to the size guide to ensure the perfect fit. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Free promotional items

Free promotional items are final sale and not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in the event of a faulty or defective item.

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
